General Shipping Guidelines

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

We ship all orders to a United States address via usps, ups, and Federal Express Additional fees may apply for express shipping, insurance and adult signatures. Free shipping may apply on some items. Refer to each listing for shipping cost and selected shipper.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We ship all orders to an address outside of the United States via UPS International Saver, FedEx International Priority or USPS International. We ship to over 60 countries.

If your order is processed through Ebay your order will ship Through Ebay Global Shipping. Go to Ebay.com/Global Shipping to read their Global Shipping Polices.

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and select U.S. Territories.

If order is placed through Ebay and not Through QC Consigns directly, we will not ship your item to any address other than the address on your account. If you order your item directly through the QC Consigns Web-site. You will be able to change your ship to address at time of placing order.

All orders placed will take 1-2 days after cleared payment to process before shipping from our facility. This does not apply to Art. Art will take 5-7 business days to ship out from our Salt Lake City Warehouse.

All charges are according to the shipper and are not calculated by QC Consigns or the The QC Group LTD.

*High Value Orders

High value orders will be charged an additional Handling fee for certified shipping, insurance, and adult signitures. It will be insured for the total resell amount of the item(items) purchased. High value orders include orders with any item over $400.00 or multiple items purchased on one order totaling $1000 +. A customer service representative will contact you via email, if your order requires additional processing time.

HOME AND ART

Most Home and Art orders are shipped within 5 business days. Artwork that is oversized may require a longer lead time. Home and Art items are excluded from the 2-day shipping and 1-day processing. Costs vary by the value and size of an item. You can determine shipping costs for a specific item during the checkout process before making a purchase. We do not ship Art internationally at this time.

PACKAGE TRACKING

We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped. You can also view the status of your order and obtain tracking information in My Purchase in the My Account area of our website. For eBay orders, please refer to eBay’s purchase process areas.

DELIVERY INSURANCE

QC Consigns packages are secured directly by the shippers.

SALES TAX

QC Consigns has a fiduciary responsibility and is obligated by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to U.S. jurisdictions that charge sales tax.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All products except Fine Art, Furniture, or any items or materials on an item illegal by law to be sold in specific countries are eligible to ship outside the U.S. to the countries listed below. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials. Please note that the customer is responsible for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), and customs fees.

Delivery Timeframe and Fees

All orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States are shipped via UPS International Saver or FedEx International Priority. Any items purchased through Ebay are shipped through Ebay’s Global Shipping. Shipping times vary based on destination. Shipping through an express shipper ie; UPS, Federal Express.

Customs and Duties

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at time of delivery.

QC Consigns will provide the international shipper with the product details, including actual sales cost, as well as customer name and address or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country.

Returns

All items that are returnable within the United States, per the QC Consigns Returns Policy are also returnable internationally. The customer is responsible for international return shipping fees. We do not refund for international return shipping fees. Meaning Shipments to the buyer or Returns from the Buyer.
