This is a pre-owned item, each shoe has its own unique flaw, or may not have a flaw at all.  We ask that you request pictures of the size you are interested in prior to purchasing.  

The item comes with its original box and Hermes logo show bag.  Boxes may have scuffs, dirt, chips, and or dents. The original box tag will not come with the purchase, you will get a copy of the tag.  The tag will be removed prior to shipping and sent back to the original owner of the item.

We are a third-party seller who has been legally contracted to consign this item for our consignment client.  We have no association with the designer, retailer, or manufacturer of this item outside of the QC Consigns contract.  This item does not qualify for a manufacturer's warranty or a return/refund at or from the original retailer/designer of this item.

Before being shipped out to the buyer. This item will be photographed and time stamped on the date it is shipped to the buyer to allow recollection of the item's original state when being shipped to you.  These photos will be used as evidence of any false returns or legal action taken due to false claims during a return.  These photos and the  Hermes store Owner's Authentication letter will serve as evidence if a false claim for a return is in place.

Returns are accepted on items that are returned in their original condition and in Original packaging. Items that have not been worn or used by the consignment buyer.
